GRANDMASTER SHELLEY MILLSPAUGH

GM Shelley Millspaugh has been a personal student of GM Ernesto A. Presas Sr. and GM Ernesto G. Presas Jr., learning several different curriculums in Modern Arnis De Mano - Presas Style, Kombatan Arnis - Presas Style, and the 'old style' of the Presas family art.
In 1996, GM Shelley moved to Manila, Philippines to further his training for 6 months at the IPMAF Headquarters in Quiapo, Manila. He has attended 3 training camps in Hinigaran, Negros Occidental, Philippines, including the very first camp held in Hinigaran in 1993. In 2007, GM Shelley created Kapatiran Mandirigma. An organization of mixed styles to promote sharing knowledge with each other and honoring our teachers. In 2013, GM Shelley renamed his art and curriculum to honor GGM Ernesto Presas and his teachings. This organization and curriculum is called "Modern Arnis / Kombatan - GGM Ernesto A. Presas Legacy". He has also trained in Aikido, Wing Chun, Muay Thai and many different styles of Arnis/Escrima/Kali and Pencak Silat/Kuntao. His teaching credentials include Kombatan Arnis (Lakan Siyam), Guro in Combate Eskrima Orehenal, Master in 5 Way Method, Master in Maju Bela Diri Pentjak Silat. GM Shelley's mentors in Modern Arnis / Kombatan are GGM Ernesto A. Presas (RIP), GM Ernesto G. Presas Jr., GM Alex France, GM Cristino Vasquez (RIP), GM Lito Concepcion (RIP), Master Alex Ercia, Senior Master Kurt Graham.
